Spanish Media said that a judge of Spain accused the
Argentine soccer player Lionel Messi and his father of tax evasion.
The court summoned in Barcelona Messi and his father Jorge
Oratheo Messi for questioning in September on the back of the case provided by
the prosecutors of the Spanish city against them on charges of tax evasion.
According to judicial sources, the judge and the Court
agreed to consider the case and the investigation with Messi and his father,
who the Interior Ministry accused concealing more than four million euros in
tax approves for the period from 2006 until 2009.
In the event of a conviction, Messi and his father could be
faced imprisonment for a term of 4 years.
